Fairy Gnome Walk strives to create an event where children can lead the discovery in an enjoyable and safe environment. We do however ask that you do NOT allow children to disturb or play with these magical creations.
TIPS for the Discovery Walk & Art Stroll
A couple things to make your time more enjoyable: This is an OUTDOOR event, more so held in the woods. We suggest you ALWAYS stay on the trail, wear comfortable shoes/boots, apply bug spray (with the woods- come its bug friends) & sunscreen, and pack a picnic blanket. Outside food is permitted, but why would you? We have such yummy food trucks!
While we love all furry friends, we ask that you keep them home for this event. Fairy and Gnome homes will lose their magic if touched, please remind your littles and self not to touch.
For those that have homes to display: Please bring your Fairy or Gnome home to Pettengill Farm, April 26th to self-install in the woods. Bring those wagons!
Homes may be retrieved in the same location only at the conclusion of the walk – Sunday after 3PM. You may wait for your home to be brought out of the woods or you may retrieve your home on your own.
Trail condition for strollers & wheelchairs: The trail is a well packed wooded trail. There are areas of leaves and roots, soft terrain, ease of accessibility is dependent on your wheels/equipment.
Salisbury Art Stroll is a newer addition to this event and we will be hosting over 50 artists showcasing and vending their work. An ATM will be available onsite, but to avoid ATM fees, cash is always your best choice.
ONLINE TICKET SALES WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT 4/28. Cash purchase available at the gate. For more information, ticket sales, and line up visit our site: https://fairygnomewalk.weebly.com/
